Which roll center are you interested in? There is front roll center and rear roll center.

Your roll center is the centerpoint, whether front or rear, that your car pivots on when it rolls over during lateral excelleration(conering). It is determined by the relative lengths of you suspension components and there mounting locations/angles. The line connecting your front and rear roll center is the roll axis. This topic is covered very well in any of Steve Smiths books, I would go there for more specific details.
