IF I WAS YOU I WOULD USE A FULL FRAME CAR.
LIKE A MALIBU,CUTLASS ETC.
TRY GOING TO YOUR LOCAL SALVAGE YARD FOR A CAR.YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO PICK UP A CAR FOR A COUPLE HUNDRED BUCKS.
GOOD LUCK!

I agree with Tbone on going to your local salvage yard..but if you not sure on how to build one go to you local track and ask a few of the guy and gals if they knew of some one who could build it for you at a reasonable price or they may know where one is at a good price..I live in ohio and know where a few of cars are at a dicent price..

Buy a car that is already built to your track's rules (preferably from someone moving up so they will be more likely to share their set-up info with you) or crew on somebody's car and make some conections(then refer back to my first suggestion)
good luck
