There is a guy who helped on a race team for three years because he loved racing. He contributed more in knowledge than any sponsor could think of contributing in money. One night at the track there was a raffle going on for an enduro car, $10 a chance. He decided to take a chance and put his wife's name on the ticket. A couple of weeks later, his wife received a phone call that she had won an enduro car. The car was no way close to being competitive. It had a stock 350, street tires, poor rearend gear, wrong springs and shocks, and too much more wrong to list. He decided to run the bomber class, instead of enduros. He was truly outclassed, since most of the bomber division has $3-10K in their car. Since then, on a gas station atttendants salary, he has made three feature races during the season in the bomber division and one at the Fun Fest in Lawrenceburg in the Pure Stock division. He runs 89 octane and street tires and gives everyone a run for their money. How does this happen? He has the heart that it takes to be a true blooded competitor, even with a $10 car. If anyone has a better Cinderella story than this, I would love to hear it. I am proud to have this driver as a part of our racing team.

I am a believer in 100% talant. Ive seen cars that looked like some kicked the glass out of it, threw in a min 6 point cage, left half the interior in the car, move the gas tank in the trunk and paint a number on the car, go out and win. Its all how you play the game.

Nice story, It doesnt get much better than that.

I WANTED TO SAY THAT STORY IS 100% TRUE. I ALSO WANTED TO SAY THAT SNAPPER HELPED ME WITH SO MUCH THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO THANK HIM. HE TAUGHT ME EVERYTHING ABOUT RACING A BOMBER. WE HAVE SPENT ALOT OF TIME TOGETHER IN THE GARAGE AND AT THE TRACK WORKING ON OUR CARS. JUST BY COMMUNICATING AND WORKING TOGETHER WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED ALOT OF THINGS. NOTHING WAS BETTER WHEN THE TO OF US FINISHED 1ST AND 2ND IN THE SAME HEAT RACE. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO THE BEST OF LUCK TO ALL OF US ON THE TEAM. "INKAHOOTZ RACING"
SINCERLY,
